Hi! I’m Carrie, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 20 years working to help children, adolescents, adults, and couples find healing and growth in their day-to-day lives. As a therapist, I help people to grow and to use their own knowledge and skills to make healthy and positive choices for their future. My job is to encourage and guide individuals, couples, and families to determine what their real goals are and to help them to move toward those goals.
As a frequent traveler and wandering spirit myself, my approach to the therapy process surrounds my belief that “not all who wander are lost.” I feel that at times, we take many different paths in search of who we want to be, where we want to go, and how we want to get there. Some of these paths lead us to beautiful places, others do not.
Availability: I see clients on Tuesday- Friday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM.
As a therapist, I put my energy into helping people travel those paths and find their way back from what might have been a darker path. I will encourage and support, but I am also known to challenge a person from selling themselves short. I can be a pushing force, encouraging clients to take better care of themselves and their lives.
