About Danielle Dado
Tweeen , Teen, & Young Adult Therapist
I often find myself utilizing the strengths a person already possesses to help them find their path to tackling anxiety. A strengths based approach shows clients struggling with anxiety the endless possibilities of growth and change. Capitalizing on strengths allows them to use mindfulness when situations do not go as they’ve planned, and better allows a person to accept this change. Learning to react instead of losing confidence and feeling overwhelmed. From there, we work on learning ways to manage stress, address triggers, grow skills and find ways in which to put away anxiety and contain the ripple of effects it can have on a person’s life.

How I can Help You/ Your loved one
I love working with the tween to young adult ages because they see the world in their own unique way and can be so motivated to change. With my experience as a teacher and working in the school settings I am capable of understanding this group well and can connect and help them move towards needed growth and change. My ideal clients to work with would be those who struggle with anxiety, depression, or social issues. Helping someone find their voice, their confidence, and their sense of self is one of the most enjoyable task as a therapist.
