Hi there! I’m Sylvia Bella, but you can just call me Sylvia. I’m here to light the way for kids, teens—and adults too—as they navigate the challenges, changes, and emotions that life throws their way. With my toolbox full of skills as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified K-12 School Counselor, I support individuals of all ages in setting goals, understanding themselves more deeply, and building the confidence and resilience they need to thrive.
Whether you’re a young person figuring out friendships, a college student navigating big life changes, or an adult feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to offer support that’s compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I blend cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and mind-body strategies to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more like yourself again.
🧠 For Kids & Teens: I create a space that’s part safe zone, part adventure—where they can explore feelings, grow their confidence, manage anxiety, and work through the tough stuff like trauma or social struggles.
🌿 For Adults: I offer a calm, grounding presence to help manage stress, heal from past pain, adjust to life transitions, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and self.
